Just when I thought I knew the person all along - I was wrong.
Just when I thought I knew what was forthcoming - I thought wrong.

Some things aren't lasting. Some things aren't true. Just because I thought it wasn't gonna happen doesn't mean it really won't. Surprises have their way of making me startle for the longest time. And it's no easy surprise because it involves you.
